NytNetværk Sønderborg		Jobs & Newcomers' Network
NytNetværk Sønderborg is a 6-month cost free, structured mentor programme. The Mentor is offered an opportunity to develop his / her competences within areas e.g. management, communication skills and coaching. Parallel hereto, the Mentee is offered an insight into the Danish labour market, lessons in how to write a power CV and application in Danish according to the local norms and values. The programme also offers the Mentee the opportunity to broaden his / her network and Mentees repeatedly express, that the programme helps them build self confidence and motivates to navigate through the process of finding a job. The website also gives information about the concept “Job for Two” – an initiative to make you and your partner find Sønderborg a nice place to live and work.  Newcomers' Network Sønderborg is a venue for you to make friends with others, who have also moved to Sønderborg.
