The Mentors taking part in the NytNetværk Sønderborg programme are all volunteers. They are experienced men and women of various professions, who have strong personal networks and share an aspiration to contribute towards the development of another person’s professional ambitions. The Mentees taking part in the NytNetværk Sønderborg programme are job seeking men and women of foreign nationalities, who hold a degree. All Mentees are proficient in the Danish language and through their participation in the programme; they seek to broaden their professional Danish network.
