The organisation Kirkernes Integrationstjeneste (Integration Service of the Churches) contributes towards the general integration i.e. bridging Danes with “new Danes”. The work is anchored through partnerships with migrant churches, public authorities, humanitarian organisations and businesses. Thus, this ensures active community participation by "New Danes", be it through the education system, a job or through involvement in an association and thereby contributes to build social competencies.
