A Six Month Programme
The NytNetværk Sønderborg programme commences each autumn with a two-day workshop, where Mentors and Mentees are introduced to each other and are exposed to subjects i.e. “What Is Mentoring” and “How Do You Network”, followed by themes e.g. “Different Perceptions of Culture” etc. The six-month programme has a structured form, where the Mentor – Mentee couple commonly agree on the framework within which they find a suitable working relationship.		During the six-month programme, Mentors and Mentees attend themed workshops each month as well as informal get-togethers. On an on-going basis, the Project Management will follow the Mentor – Mentee couples and offer support and coaching. Check the calendar for the next workshop date.
